No-Churn Strawberry Sumac Sorbet

This no-churn strawberry sumac sorbet is bound to be my fruit of the summer. It’s super easy to make (no ice cream maker required), and it’s also healthy!

tbsp honey

tbsp sumac
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a food processor or high powered blender and process/blend until smooth. This may take a few minutes, but if it's just not working, you can go ahead and add a little more warm water to help loosen it up. When your sorbet is nice and smooth, transfer it to a bread pan or your freezer-safe container of choice. You can enjoy it immediately, or if you're going for a more solid consistency, pop it in the freezer for a couple hours before eating.View original recipe
